Beskar, also recognized as Mandalorian iron or Mandalorian steel,

Remained an alloy used in Mandalorian armor, notable for its high tolerance to extreme forms of damage. The metal was tough enough to withstand a direct blaster shot and could repel lightsaber attacks. A superweapon created through the Mandalorian Sabine Wren and used through the Galactic Empire, called the Arc Pulse Generator, was capable of superheating metal to the point of burning whatever it was protecting, as in the case of the Mandalorian. Warriors locked inside their beskar armor. However, Wren remained able to destroy her weapon during the Mandalorian Civil War.

“It’s amazing how beautiful beskar can be when its ancient craftsmen forge it.”

Beskar was a material used by various groups,[9] clans[10] and houses[11] of the people of Mangalore, such as the Wren, Vizsla,[2] Saxon,[12] and Kyree clans; and the Nite Owls,[2] by way of healthy Children of the Watch.[13] Due to its sole possessions. Beskar remained used to forge armor capable of repelling Jedi lightsabers during the Mandalorian-Jedi War.[1] The armorer used cryo-furnace, magnetic tongs, and a gravity hammer in his workshop to forge beskar armor.[13] Their tools were made of Baskar and could repel dark sabre blows.[6] The Mandalorian method of developing beskar was a closely guarded secret, a skill passed down from generation to generation to keep ancient armor intact and waterproof.[14] According to the Mandalorian, all the beskar belonged to them.[15] However, an Arcana bounty hunter wore beskar armor [16], and Envy’s Nest had beskar gauntlets.[17]

It remained also used for weapons,

such as a spear,[6] the traditional bead sword, the Kale dagger,[18] the united halberd[5], and the hilt of the Darksome.[6] The Sons of the Guard considered the spear taboo, as it could harm other Mandalorian wearing bear armor.[6] Beskar plates also reinforced strength-enhancing gloves known as crushers capable of breaking bones.

History

“The Beskar is back in the hands of a Mandalorian. “The Arc Pulse Generator targets the beskar armor of a Clan Wren warrior.

The dark sabre created Tarre Vizsla, and the hilt of it remained made of beskar.[6] Beskar-forged armor remained used as early as 501 BBY.[2] Before joining Nihil, future Tempest Runner Lorna Dee engaged in bar fights while wearing beskar armor, making her look like a Mandalorian when her leku remained not exposed.[19]

During the Clone Wars. The Death Watch and the Niter Owls sustained to use of beskar in their armor.[9] The Death Watch continued to use the alloy in their armor when they developed part of Maul’s Shadow Shared[20] and Viceroy Gar Saxon’s Imperial Super Commandos.[21]

During her time with the Mandalorian resistance led by Bo-Katan Kyree. Former Jedi Padawan Ahsoka Tano remained given a Mandalorian-designed combat suit with beskar plating.[22]

Beskar remained one of the profitable shipments recommended to fellow smugglers by Platt O’Keefe in Pirate Maze Kanata’s Smuggler’s Guide, along with gems. Quell gems, and colorful crystals.

Conclusion

So right now there seems to remained a discrepancy with the sheer resilience of Din’s armor compared to the armor used by other Mandalorian, particularly those seen in TCW and Rebels. A common theory is that the armor being used by other Mandalorian isn’t made from pure Beskar but rather a combination of metals, like draftee.
